On July 27, 2019, RoinWorld completed work on site 11 (vertical layout) in the framework of the Rooppur NPP construction.
On July 27, 2019, RoinWorld completed work on site 11 (vertical layout) in the framework of the Rooppur NPP construction. The sand was washed using 3 dredgers along 7 lines of the slurry pipeline on 42 maps with an average of 12 layers (minimum – 4, maximum – 14, depending on the terrain).
The total volume was 480,000 m3.
It should be noted that more than 60 units of construction equipment were involved in work: excavators, bulldozers, soil compactors and dump trucks.
At the moment, stage 1 has been completed, the foundation slabs on this site will now be mastered, after which the specialists of RoinWorld will start the second stage of work – sand washing with a total volume of about 120,000 m3.
From the very beginning, the RoinWorld’s own laboratory took an active part in work, and in tandem with Construction Supervisors it carried out control over the layout and compaction of the soil.
